The US officially known as the United States of America is renowned to be the most sought destination among immigrants. The B-1 visa is for travelers who visit USA for consulting with business representatives, educational, attending scientific, professional or business conventions/conferences, attending scientific, and settling an estate or negotiating contracts. The B-2 visa is for individuals who wish to visit US for visiting friends, families, medical treatment, tourism, social or recreational activities, etc. Most frequently, the B-1 and B-2 visas are unified together and issued on a single visa: the B-1/B-2.
USA Visitor Visa requirements
Individuals applying for USA Tourist Visa must satisfy certain requirements which include:
- Proof stating that purpose of visit is temporary i.e. business, pleasure or medical purpose.
- Evidence demonstrating that you hold enough funds to meet your expenses during your stay in the country.
- Evidence stating that you have a residence outside the US, and binding social or economic ties in your home country.
